Yes — membership is priced per person: adults $39 a month, children $25. A family of four with two kids runs $128 a month, and everyone's routine year is covered: cleanings, exams, X-rays, whitening touch-ups for the adults, fluoride for the kids.
Keep your insurance — it's already paid for. We file out-of-network claims for you and start credentialing with Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, and Humana the day the lease signs. Membership can still make sense for the whitening benefit alone, since no PPO covers it — compare your plan's premium and caps with the table above and let the arithmetic decide.
Anything beyond routine prevention — fillings, crowns, implants, aligners — is billed from the founding fee schedule with your 15–25% member discount, and confirmed in writing before work begins. Every price is already published on our fees page. No surprises is the whole model.
