Services

The cleaning that fits inside a lunch break. Actually.

A cleaning and checkup is the visit everyone needs and almost everyone postpones. Hygienist cleans and polishes, X-rays get taken when they're due, the dentist examines everything — it's the foundation of every other thing we do. It's also, at most offices, a 90-minute production booked three weeks out. We think that's the real reason half of Jacksonville is overdue.

So we rebuilt the visit around your clock. When we open in September 2026, you'll walk in any day between 7am and 7pm — no appointment required — check in at a kiosk that already knows what you're due for, and be back at your car in about 31 minutes. The hygienist handles the cleaning, and the dentist steps into your room at a choreographed window inside the same visit, not at a separate appointment next month.

One honest caveat: this page describes the routine visit. If your gums need a deep cleaning (scaling and root planing), that's a different procedure — it usually spans more than one visit, one side of the mouth at a time, and we'll quote the full cost in writing before anything starts. Everything else here runs on the published founding fee schedule: $105 for an adult cleaning, $60 for a periodic exam, $0 for both with membership.

The 31-minute choreography

  1. Kiosk check-in

Tap in at the iPad. The system pulls your history, sees you're due for a cleaning and bitewings, and routes you to an open room — no waiting-room purgatory.

  2. Update + X-rays if due

Quick health update on the room's iPad. If X-rays are due — bitewings roughly once a year, a full series every 3–5 years — a certified team member takes them now, not as a separate errand.

  3. The cleaning

Your hygienist scales, cleans, and polishes. This is the longest block of the visit, and it never waits on the dentist — that's the whole design.

  4. Dentist exam window

The system flagged your room as dentist-ready minutes ago. The dentist reviews your X-rays, examines your teeth and gums, and talks findings with you — inside this visit, not a second one.

  5. Wrap and rhythm

Members get their included whitening touch-up. Anything the exam found gets a written price from the public fee schedule before you leave. Your next ~90-day visit lands on your recall rhythm.

  6. Door

Checkout already happened at the kiosk. You're out — teeth clean, exam done, no follow-up appointment to remember to book.

Questions, answered plainly

How often should I come in for a cleaning?

Twice a year is the classic answer; our model is built around a lighter, more frequent rhythm — a quick oral health visit roughly every 90 days, because it's a walk-in, not a calendar negotiation. Members pay nothing per visit, so frequency stops being a cost question. Your dentist will recommend the rhythm that fits your mouth, not a one-size rule.

What does a cleaning and exam cost without insurance?

Straight from the founding fee schedule: adult cleaning $105, child cleaning $79, periodic exam $60, four bitewing X-rays $65. A first visit with a comprehensive new-patient exam ($95) and full X-ray series ($135) totals $335 — every line published before we open, nothing quoted in a back office.

What happens if the exam finds a cavity or gum problem?

The dentist shows you what they see on your own X-rays and photos, then you get a written price from the same public fee schedule everyone sees — before you leave, with zero obligation to treat that day. No surprise billing is a policy here, not a slogan.

What's a 'deep cleaning,' and why does it cost more?

If your gums show periodontal disease, a routine polish won't fix it — you need scaling and root planing below the gumline, billed per quadrant at $250 ($199 for members). Most cases cover two to four quadrants and span more than one visit; we'll tell you exactly how many, in writing, before you commit. If an office ever jumps you from a $105 cleaning to a four-figure quote without showing you why, ask for the X-rays.

Do I really not need an appointment?

Correct — walk-ins are the first-class path, 7am to 7pm, all seven days, once we open in September 2026. The site will show the live wait time so you can pick your moment. Prefer to book? You can. But the whole operation is choreographed so you don't have to.

Do you take my dental insurance?

We open fee-for-service with a membership plan ($39/month adult, $25 child, $29 locked for life for the Founding 500) that makes cleanings, exams, and routine X-rays $0. Credentialing with Delta Dental FL, Cigna, MetLife, and Humana gets filed the day our lease signs; until networks activate, we file out-of-network claims for you.

Come in when it works for you.

We open September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. Founding members lock $29/month for life — cleanings, exams, X-rays, and a whitening touch-up with every visit.
