Dental implants with the price — and the timeline — in plain sight.
An implant replaces the whole tooth, root included: a titanium post set in the jaw, a connector called an abutment, and a ceramic crown on top. It's the modern answer when a tooth can't be saved, when an old bridge is failing, or when a gap has quietly rearranged how you chew and smile. Unlike a bridge, it doesn't borrow from the neighbors — no healthy tooth gets ground down to hold it up.
Now the part most dental websites blur: an implant is not a 31-minute story, and we won't dress it up as one. Bone fuses to titanium on its own schedule — usually three to four months between placement and the final crown. Expect three to four visits across three to five months. What we compress is everything around that biology: planning in about 31 minutes, healing checks in single-digit minutes with no appointment needed, the crown seated in one visit.
The placement surgery is the one visit that runs past our standard — and you'll know its exact length at the planning stage, not in the chair.
The price works the same way: visible before you commit. $1,950 to place the implant, $650 for the custom abutment, $1,450 for the ceramic crown — $4,050 for the complete tooth, $3,240 with membership. Each stage is billed when it happens, months apart, so the process spreads the cost on its own.
The 31-minute choreography
-
Check in at the kiosk
Tap in at the iPad, note that you're here about a missing or failing tooth, and the system routes you straight to a scan-equipped room. No waiting-room stage.
-
3D cone-beam scan
A certified team member captures the CBCT scan ($250 on the founding schedule): bone height, nerve position, spacing to the neighbors — the map the whole plan is built on.
-
The dentist reads it with you
On the wall screen, together: whether an implant makes sense for this site, whether it needs a bone graft, what order things happen in and why.
-
Exact numbers, in writing
Placement, abutment, crown, graft if needed — every part its own priced line. You sign the total before anything is scheduled, not decode a bill after.
-
Out with a plan
Surgery date chosen, the visit map laid against your calendar, temporary-tooth question settled if the gap shows. You leave holding the cost and the timeline.

Questions, answered plainly
What does a complete dental implant cost here?
$1,950 for placement, $650 for the custom abutment, $1,450 for the ceramic crown — $4,050 all-in for one tooth, or $3,240 at member pricing. A 3D planning scan is $250; a bone graft, if the scan shows you need one, is $450. Every figure comes from the public founding fee schedule and is confirmed in writing before treatment starts.
How long does the whole process take?
Three to five months for a typical single tooth: placement, then three to four months while bone fuses to the post, then the abutment and crown. That's three to four visits total. We publish the visit map at planning so you can set it against work, travel and school calendars.
Can I walk in for an implant?
For the planning visit and every healing check — yes, any day, 7am to 7pm. The surgery itself is scheduled; it deserves an uninterrupted block, and pretending otherwise would break the honesty the rest of this page runs on.
Does implant surgery hurt?
It's done under local anesthetic, and many people find the recovery closer to a tooth extraction than to what they feared. We won't promise painless — everyone heals differently. You leave with written aftercare and a direct text line to the team, and a quick look costs you minutes, not an afternoon.
Will I walk around with a gap while it heals?
Not if the space shows when you smile. An interim partial — the 'flipper' — is $650 ($520 member) and holds the spot for the full healing stretch. It's decided at the planning visit, not improvised after surgery.
Why do you price the implant in three separate parts?
Because 'implants from $1,999' ads usually mean the post alone — the abutment and crown surface later, after you're invested. Itemizing placement, abutment and crown puts the true all-in number in front of you on day one. That's the difference between a price and a lure.
