Fillings · Durbin

Durbin built a whole new corridor in five years. Dentistry is next.

Not long ago, most of Durbin was pine flats. Now there's the Pavilion with its Bass Pro anchor, a retail strip that fills every Saturday, Veterans Parkway threading the subdivisions together, and the 9B interchange moving thousands of commuters a day. Everything out here got rebuilt for how people actually live — except the dental visit, which almost everywhere still runs on the 1985 appointment book: call, wait weeks, take a half-day off, sit in a lobby.

Restoro is the corridor's version of dentistry. Doors open at 7am, so a filling can happen before you ever merge onto 9B northbound; they close at 7pm, so the evening return leg works too. You check the live wait on your phone, tap in at the kiosk, and the team runs the choreography — numbing, shade-matching, the dentist's focused window, curing, polish — to a roughly 31-minute average that we publish for everyone to see.

The other Durbin-friendly part is the receipt. Every filling price is already on our founding fee schedule: $175 for a one-surface front tooth, $195 to $295 for back teeth depending on surfaces, members $140 to $236, quote in writing before the drill touches anything. We open in September 2026 an easy run from the 9B interchange toward the coast; Durbin Crossing households that join the Founding 500 lock $29 a month for life.

Why this works from here

A Restoro treatment room with a sink station and the ring-logo screen
  • An easy run from the 9B interchange and Veterans Parkway toward the CR-210 corridor — no detour into old Jacksonville traffic
  • Doors at 7am — a filling can precede the morning commute instead of costing a half-day of PTO
  • Every filling fee published before opening: $175–$295, members $140–$236, confirmed in writing first

Questions, answered plainly

Can I really get a filling before my commute up 9B?

That's the intended use. We open at 7am, and early morning is off-peak — the fastest window of the day. A single filling averages about 31 minutes door to door, so a 7:05 check-in puts you back on the interchange well before most offices unlock their doors.

We just moved into Durbin Crossing and don't have a dentist yet. Where do we start?

Join the waitlist now, then start with the comprehensive exam when we open — $95, or free on membership. You'll leave with photos of your own teeth, a written plan, and exact fee-schedule prices for anything flagged. No mystery treatment plan, no pressure to decide in the chair.

What does a filling cost near Durbin Park?

Same published schedule as everywhere we serve: $175 front tooth, $195/$245/$295 for one, two, or three surfaces on a back tooth. Membership at $39 a month drops those to $140–$236. The number you're quoted in writing is the number on the invoice.

Do I need to sort out insurance before coming in?

No. We open fee-for-service with membership from day one, so the published price is available to anyone regardless of coverage. If you have a PPO through work, bring the card — we'll tell you plainly what it's likely to pay and handle the paperwork where we can as network credentialing completes.

When does the studio actually open for Durbin?

Late 2026, in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor; the precise address goes out the day the lease is signed, waitlist first. Until then the Founding 500 is open — $29 a month locked for life, with the live counter on this site showing what's left of the 500.

Come in when it works for you.

We open September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. Founding members lock $29/month for life — cleanings, exams, X-rays, and a whitening touch-up with every visit.
