No tee time required.
World Golf Village has always run on its own clock. King & Bear and Slammer & Squire set the pace of the week, Murabella fills the school buses, and even after the Hall of Fame packed up and moved away, the community it anchored kept right on growing. What the area still doesn't have is dentistry that respects a well-planned day.
That's the studio we're building up the interstate, in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor along CR-210: opening September 2026, walk-in first, 7am to 7pm, every one of the seven days. From the International Golf Parkway exit it's a straight shot north on I-95 — one exit ramp to another, no guesswork. A visit is choreographed to average 31 minutes, and we publish that number where everyone can see it.
Retired and on a fixed budget, or raising kids in Murabella on a stretched one — either way, you shouldn't have to guess what a crown costs. Our complete fee schedule lives on this site, and the membership makes routine care a flat line item: $39 a month for adults, $25 for kids, with a whitening touch-up at every visit. Founding 500 waitlist members lock $29 a month for life.
Getting here
- Straight up I-95 from the International Golf Parkway exit to the CR-210 corridor — about a back nine's worth of interstate
- From Murabella, the Parkway feeds I-95 north — one road, one merge, one exit
- Morning round at Slammer & Squire, cleaning after lunch: 7-to-7 hours work around any tee sheet
- The Hall of Fame left town; a dentist that publishes its prices and its visit times is moving in up the road

Questions, answered plainly
Is the CR-210 corridor really practical from World Golf Village?
It's one run north on I-95 from the International Golf Parkway exit — simpler than most St. Augustine errands. The precise address is announced at lease signing, and the waitlist hears first.
I'm retired — why would I need a walk-in dentist?
Because the model rewards flexibility, and retirees have the most of it. Midday and mid-week are the quietest windows; check the live wait on the site, come when the number is low, and you're done in about 31 minutes. Every ~90 days we'll nudge you when you're due.
Medicare doesn't cover my routine dental care. What are my options?
That gap is exactly what the membership fills: $39 a month covers cleanings, exams, and X-rays through the year, plus a whitening touch-up each visit — and every other fee is published up front, so there are no surprises. The first 500 members pay $29 a month, locked for life.
