Crowns · World Golf Village

Crowns at World Golf Village: where Medicare stops, a published price starts.

World Golf Village runs on a good rhythm — King & Bear mornings, Slammer & Squire afternoons, Murabella filling in with families who wanted room to breathe. The rhythm usually breaks in a dental chair, at the words 'Medicare doesn't cover that.' Original Medicare pays for almost no routine dentistry, crowns included, and the Advantage plans that advertise a dental benefit tend to cap it at an annual allowance a single crown sails straight past.

We can't fix Medicare. We can publish the number it leaves you holding: $1,250 for a ceramic crown, with the temporary and the fitting visit already inside that figure; $1,195 for porcelain-fused-to-metal; $999 ceramic for members. Membership itself is $39 a month — $29 locked for life in the Founding 500 — and it covers the cleanings, exams and X-rays that Medicare also ignores. No claim forms, no allowances, no annual maximums, and the entire fee schedule went public before the studio's doors do.

From International Golf Parkway it's an I-95 run north to the CR-210 exits — the corridor between Ponte Vedra and Nocatee where Restoro opens in September 2026, moving against the St. Augustine beach traffic rather than in it. The prep visit books like a tee time: one hour, pick a quiet weekday morning. The fit visit two weeks later needs no booking at all — we text when the crown lands, and the half hour folds into any errand north.

Why this works from here

A Restoro treatment room with a sink station and the ring-logo screen
  • Up I-95 from International Golf Parkway to the CR-210 corridor — against the St. Augustine beach flow, not inside it
  • Weekday mid-mornings stay quiet on 7–7 hours: prep after an early nine at King & Bear, home before lunch
  • Prices that assume no employer plan: published fees plus a $39/month membership built for the exact coverage gap retirement creates

Questions, answered plainly

Medicare won't touch my crown. What am I actually out of pocket with you?

The published number, and nothing hiding behind it: $1,250 for ceramic, $999 if you're a member. Compare that to burning an Advantage plan's whole annual dental allowance on one tooth and still paying the balance. Membership at $39 a month — $29 in the Founding 500 — also picks up the routine care Medicare skips: cleanings, exams, X-rays, every visit.

All our dental work was done up north before we moved to the Village. Will you maintain it without campaigning to redo it?

That's the deal. Existing crowns and bridges get checked on X-ray at routine visits — included with membership — and they stay untouched while they're sound. Replacement only comes up when the image shows a failing margin or trouble underneath, and you'll be looking at the same screen we are when it does.

A back tooth is gone entirely. Is a crown even the right conversation?

Not by itself — a crown needs a tooth to sit on. A missing tooth points to the implant conversation: $1,950 for placement, $650 for the custom abutment, $1,450 for the implant crown, each its own published line. We'll put that sequence and the alternatives side by side in writing, with real figures, so you're choosing between plans rather than between sales pitches.

How do the two visits work from Murabella or the King & Bear side?

One drive you schedule and one you don't. The hour-long prep books for whatever weekday morning suits you; the thirty-minute fit visit is a walk-in after our text says the crown is back — pair it with any errand up the corridor, any day, 7am to 7pm. Two trips north, one appointment total.

What could honestly add to the $1,250?

Two things, both visible in advance. A core buildup ($295) when too little tooth remains to hold the crown, and root canal treatment first ($850–$1,150 depending on the tooth) if the nerve is involved. Each lands in your written quote before work starts — the founding rule is that the invoice never introduces you to anything.

Come in when it works for you.

We open September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. Founding members lock $29/month for life — cleanings, exams, X-rays, and a whitening touch-up with every visit.
