Aligners for Mandarin: rare visits make the map argument for us.
Let's deal with the map first, because Mandarin people know their geography. You live on the leafy legacy side of Jacksonville — San Jose Boulevard, Mandarin Park, the oaks off Loretto Road — and we're opening across the county in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. For a procedure that demanded monthly visits, that would be a fair objection. Aligners are not that procedure.
A full course asks for a scan, a fitting, and a short progress check every six to ten weeks — a handful of trips a year, each choreographed to about 31 minutes indoors. Take I-295 to the 9B side and you're here, any day from 7am to 7pm, no appointment. That's the trade worth weighing: an office you visit rarely but entirely on your own schedule, versus a closer one that sees you at 2pm on a Wednesday or not at all. For aligner treatment specifically, the rare-but-flexible office wins on arithmetic.
Mandarin households also tend to shop for two generations at once — a teenager's full correction and a parent's front teeth that drifted somewhere between Little League seasons. The teen course is $3,700, the full adult course $3,900, and the limited course that most adult drift needs is $2,400, refinements included in all three. Every figure has been public since before opening day in September 2026, and Founding 500 members lock $29/month for life with 15% off any course.
Why this works from here
- I-295 to the 9B interchange puts Mandarin one highway leg from the studio — no beach traffic involved
- Six-to-ten-week check intervals mean an aligner course is a handful of trips a year, not a standing commute
- Weekend walk-in hours suit San Jose Boulevard errand loops — come when the day allows, not when a scheduler does
Questions, answered plainly
Is aligner treatment from Mandarin realistic, or should I find something closer on San Jose Boulevard?
Do the visit math before deciding: a typical course means the scan, one fitting, and checks every six to ten weeks — often six to eight total trips, each about 31 minutes inside. If a closer office only offers weekday-business-hours slots, you'll spend more calendar disruption there than on the occasional I-295 run to a 7-days-a-week walk-in studio.
Can I keep my longtime Mandarin dentist for cleanings and just do aligners with you?
Yes, and we'll say that without flinching — plenty of people separate ortho from routine care. Worth knowing as you decide: membership here ($39/month, $29 Founding 500) already includes cleanings, exams, X-rays, and a whitening touch-up every visit, so some families eventually consolidate. Either way works.
What if a tray cracks between visits — do I have to drive out immediately?
Usually not. Text us a photo first: most cracked or lost trays resolve by moving to the next stage a few days early or re-ordering that step, and we'll tell you which applies before you get in the car. Refinements at the end of the course are already in your price, so a mid-course mishap doesn't spawn an invoice.
How do I know whether I'm a $2,400 case or a $3,900 case?
You don't have to guess — the 3D scan settles it in one visit. Teeth that were straight and drifted usually fit the limited course; deeper crowding or bite work points to the full course. Both numbers are published, the scan visit shows you the projected movement, and the quote comes in writing before you commit.
What does membership actually change for aligner pricing?
Fifteen percent: the adult course drops from $3,900 to $3,315, the limited course from $2,400 to $2,040, the teen course from $3,700 to $3,145. A Founding 500 membership runs $348 a year, so the discount out-earns the dues on any course — and the plan keeps covering cleanings and exams while your treatment runs.
When does the studio open?
Late 2026, in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor, with the address announced at lease signing. The Founding 500 waitlist hears it first — and joining is also the only way to lock the $29/month lifetime rate before the 500 spots fill.
