Clear aligners down CR-210 — for the county that moved here for the schools.
Ask a St. Johns family why they're here and the answer is usually one word: schools. Shearwater, Aberdeen, the Beachwalk lagoon villages — whole communities have filled in along CR-210 on the strength of St. Johns County report cards. Which means a lot of teenagers, which means a lot of orthodontic decisions being weighed at kitchen tables right now, usually somewhere around seventh grade.
We're setting up to make that decision lighter to carry. The studio opens a short drive down CR-210, in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor, with walk-in hours from 7am to 7pm every day of the week. Aligner treatment only asks for a scan, a fitting, and a short check every six to ten weeks — each inside our 31-minute standard — so a teen's check fits between the last bell and swim practice, and yours fits wherever a Tuesday allows.
The decision itself gets honest tooling too. One scan visit produces a 3D projection of what aligners would actually do for your child's teeth — or yours — plus a written, all-in price: $3,700 for teens, $3,900 for adults, $2,400 for limited movement, refinements included in each. If the bite genuinely calls for a specialist orthodontist, that's what you'll hear. We open September 2026; Founding 500 waitlist members lock $29/month for life.
Why this works from here
- A short drive down CR-210 from Shearwater, Aberdeen, or the Beachwalk lagoon side
- After-school and weekend checks, 7 to 7 — built around St. Johns school calendars, not against them
- One scan visit answers the braces-or-aligners question with a 3D projection, not a sales script
Questions, answered plainly
Is there after-school availability for St. Johns teens?
Every day — we run 7am to 7pm walk-in hours, so the 3pm-to-6pm window that school families actually have is fully covered. Progress checks are short visits by design; between dismissal and practice is exactly when we expect Shearwater and Aberdeen teens to appear.
Can my teen wear aligners at the Beachwalk lagoon?
In the water, yes — trays stay in for swimming without any issue. The real hazard is the snack bar: trays wrapped in a napkin at lunch are the number-one way they get thrown away. A hard case in the swim bag solves it, and if one does vanish, moving to the next tray early usually covers it without a new bill.
Braces or aligners for a 15-year-old — how do we actually decide?
With data instead of vibes: the 3D scan projects what aligner movement would achieve for your teen's specific teeth, and the dentist walks you through where aligners work well and where a specialist orthodontist is the honest call. You leave with a written quote or a straight referral — both count as good outcomes here.
What does the teen course cost, and what's inside the number?
$3,700 covers the scan, plan, every tray, the progress checks, refinements at the end if teeth need fine-tuning, and wear indicators so compliance is visible rather than argued about. Retainers afterward are $450 — the only separate line, published like everything else. Members save 15% on the course.
My own teeth have relapsed since my braces in the nineties. Same treatment as my kid?
Shorter, usually. Post-braces drift is what the $2,400 limited course exists for — modest movement, typically done in under six months. Plenty of St. Johns parents will end up scanning right after their teen does; both quotes come back in writing the same visit.
Where exactly are you relative to Shearwater, and when can we start?
The studio is going into the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor — a short drive down CR-210 — with the exact address announced at lease signing. Doors open September 2026. The Founding 500 waitlist hears the address first and locks the $29/month membership rate for life.
